Mini Digger Conversions
We have designed and sourced all of the necessary equipment required to convert sub 2 tonne excavators to fully electric machines.
Site Dumper Conversions
As with the excavators, sub 2 tonne site dumpers can be converted to run entirely on Lithium Polymer batteries.
Other Machinery
Any machinery or plant that is currently diesel powered can be converted to electric power, let us know what you have and we will see what we can do.
Efficiency
Due to the unique requirements of small off highway machinery, they are ideally suited to electrification because the additional weight of battery systems is negligible in ballasted machinery.
Reliability
Our design utilises a brushed DC motor that only requires servicing every 1500 hours. By converting to electric power you can give an ageing or high hour machine a new lease of life.
Economy
With electricity costing roughly 20% of the equivalent white diesel requirement and continued uncertainty around oil supplies Electrification offers substantial savings.
